Esipram (Lexapro) saved my life. I had suffered major chronic disorder for 18 years and no other anti-depressants helped. Some (Prozac) made it worse. I was taking tranquilizers every night and seeing a psychiatrist at least weekly. The anxiety attacks were horrendous and nothing helped. I still cannot believe the difference Esipram made. I like the taste of banslochan a lot. I like it because it tastes like a chalk which one tends to have when he/she is suffering from a deficiency of Calcium in his/her body.I am not very sure of ILL effects of consuming Banslochan for a long time. Kindly, guide guide me if, i should stop having it as its being almost 8 years i am regularly consuming it.Suggest if it is anyways harmful to me in near future.
