Hydrocodone (dihydrocodeineone) bitartrate must be the most overpriced mild opioid on the market - now, since the withdrawal of the antitussive DICODID in 2008 (hydrocodone has NEVER been approved as an analgesic in any country except the USA) it is confined to the USA, which, according to WHO, consumed 100% of the world supply in 2014. I took 5mg during the day, and doubled up and took 10mg at bedtime since the higher dose caused increase drowsiness.

I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.

MASSIVE headache with just one pill. So bad even my teeth hurt. Wiped out the cough for about 12 hours, though. This isn't a drug for me, and I won't be taking it again nor will I recommend it. Might work for you.
