I have been on it for about a year. It is convenient and I can trust its efficacy. However, i've started keeping track of my moods, and I must say that at around the 5th-7th day of a new pack I am extremely irritable. Extremely. I had taken celebrex and a few other arthritis medication (1 which was taken off the market) and none of them had been very effective. I experience arthritis the worst in my hands shoulder back and knees and meloxicam does a good job to relieve the pain. I sometimes wish I could take an extra dose of meloxicam but my doctor told me to take tylenol arthritis instead. As a whole I am very happy with Meloxicam.

Aspirin is a daily medication to prevent me from having a heart attack, which has worked, I have not had a heart attack!

I only take Maxalt when the migraine is so severe I can not see straight. I do not like a lot of the side effects but a lot of the times it will dull the pain to where I can function again.

I was considering Accutane for cycstic acne, but thought the blood tests, joint pain and peeling lips side effects were a bit much. This was a last resort recommended by the dermo I was regularly seeing, and I am pleased with it. I've been using it for several years for acne on my face and occasionally on my back as well.
