It improved my breathing with only using one puff per day and lasts over 24 hrs. I have had many side effects which I did not before attribute to it but now believe have only occured since taking it for almost a year. The initial hair loss was much more than I expected - probably half my hair if I judged by the thickness of my ponytail and lasted longer than expected probably 9 months from the start of my taking it. I didn't notice it too much for the first 4-5 months but I was also taking prednisone then. After I stopped the prednisone about 6 months in with the Imuran the hair loss became pronounced.
