I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.

I shared my experience regarding Junel FE because it was what I went through when taking this birth control. Everyone's reaction is going to be different because no two people are the same. I do have a child, plus I had my Gallbladder removed 5 months after my c-section. More energy than when using Advair with less cramps. Not on long enough to compare weight gain which was evident with Advair. Am considering other options due to mood swings and severe headaches (last half a day) from this drug. Lungs feel great, but other side effects seem to make this a poor choice.
