I like Ibuprofen because it's very gentle to my stomach, I don't have any side effects, I used to take tylenol or advil, and since I am very sensitive to medicine, I always got a urine infection after taking any of these two pain relieve medicines.

Garlic works wonderfully for helping to prevent a cold at the initial stages. you just eat the garlic raw (or with a small glass of milk) and it kills the infection.

I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing. I was very unhappy with this antibiotic. The side effects I experienced were not worth recovering from the sinus infection any sooner. In the future, I will definitely ask for a 10 day antibiotic.

I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects.
