You have to start easy with Zyflamend. One a day for a few days. There is nothing in this supplement to warrant stomach pain unless people are misusing. More is not better in this case. This is a very good supplement. Maybe people need to check other supplements for "duplication".

Very pleased with the med. I fought depression for many years and took Prozac which help considerably. I began to develop dysphoria. I found no enjoyment from anything so weekends and nights were very boring and I started drinking to kill the boredom. My doctor started me on Aplenzin. There were side effects for the first week. but they were not severe. Mostly a feeling of heightened awareness and anxiety. It definitely worsens the rosacea. Certainly, does absolutely zero for outbreaks - except to exacerbate them. I am strongly considering filing a formal complaint about it with the FDA. My face is a mess with red blotches and that piece of garbage medicine does nothing!!

I've taken a number of anti-depressents and celexa has had the fewest side-effects and works very well. However, lately I have been having trouble with anxiety attacks. They are severe enough to wake me at night and to also keep me home while I am trying to work through them. This is a new experience only in the last year. I will be looking into it.
