I drink green tea more of measures of personal preference rather than for health reasons. But I haven't seen any benefits as a result of drinking green tea alone.

In 1984 I was given a single dose (as in One Time Only) of leritine IV push for severe pain and was knocked out for about 4 hours. When I awoke I was legally blind as in almost total darkness; I was later diagnosed with bilateral wet macular degeneration and bilateral neovascularization, the latter of which required laser surgery to arrest its progression. I used to take diovan and tenoretic - switched to tenoretic and benicar - I experienced extreme hair loss and gout. plus diovan was expensive. Decided to try benicar but seems worse. Lightheadedness, dry mouth, dry stool, gout. Don't know what else until I get results from my check-up. I just don't feel right. To ad few side effect to the list...21 Sept 2015 my left eyelid started to burn and hitch,a red patch. My right eyelid had little skin tag and blurry vision...very sleepy sometimes. I was considering Accutane for cycstic acne, but thought the blood tests, joint pain and peeling lips side effects were a bit much. This was a last resort recommended by the dermo I was regularly seeing, and I am pleased with it. I've been using it for several years for acne on my face and occasionally on my back as well.
