This was a very, very bad experience. I was completely unable to sleep longer than 1 hour at a time. Over the 5 months I was taking this, that sleep loss added up. I was tired all the time, could not eat due to severe nausea, and saw things that were not there (this was confirmed by my husband). I belive that naringenen made my viral load drop to negative. When I was on hep c treatment alone I was positive in my lab. After I started naringenen with my hep c treatment medications I tested negative on my viral load. I am in my 5th month of treatment. I believe the naringenen played a role in my negative viral load.

Prednisone makes me jittery, and gives me hot flashes intermittantly with chills. However, when weighing the benefits against the side effects, it is very much worth it.

I found that I am very sensitive to sunlight, much more so than with regular Doxycycline, and need to use sunblock. When I first started taking it, I was out in the sun all day and applying 55 sunblock periodically, and the next day started itching where the sunlight had hit. The following days, it became red and then rather scaley.
