It was a well prescribed drug for my scoliosis surgery, but the experience would have been much better with a higher dosage such as 7.5/10.0 mgs considering the pain involved in such a surgery.

I have been taking Buspar (Burspirone) (5mg) for 6 weeks. I take 1-1/2 tablets (7mg) twice a day. I immediately noticed a warm feeling when I first started but after a month or so I didn't notice it as much. I have PTSD and anxiety has been a real problem for many years. Since going on Aromasin, I have to take laxatives 2x per week. I was taking Amitriptyline for fibromyalgia but had to go to a much higher dose for the pain and insomnia. Then I started getting side affects because the dose was too high. Dr. put me on a couple of other meds that help with the pain and sleep, but I don't think it will get any better until I stop taking the Aromasin.
