It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.

Taking diamox for IIH. Along with the diamox and losing weight, my eye pressure has gone down and my field vision is better, still have a blurry spot in vision due to nerve damage. Swollen eye disc has reduced and no hemmoraging now in optic nerves. Turmeric is a common South Asian spice found in the kitchen of many Indian homes (making it very accessible). Known as an Ayurvedic (traditional & natural Indian medicine) medicine, turmeric is actually a plant that carries many alleviating properties--one of which is an antibacterial agent thus making it ideal as an antiseptic. It also clots blood, so when there is a significant cut or wound, quickly applying turmeric will inhibit blood loss.

I have a very hectic and stressful life - Xanax brings a peace and calm to me that I cannot naturally develop. It allows me to keep my life balance and has definitely helped me out greatly. The only down side is that I have to be careful mixing alcohol with the drug. It's not pretty when you do!
