I was on synthroid from 2003 to 2006 and I still had fatigue, brain fog and was still cold all the time. I complained to my endocrinologist and since he declared my labs "perfect" he could do nothing for me, when I inquired about Armour, he said he would not prescribe it. Started taking the medicine for malaria for a deployment to Afghanistan. About three weeks into the regiment, started to have vivid and unique dreams that were often violent in nature. This was a side effect but did not bother me. In fact I enjoyed the dreams a lot. I continued to take mefloquine and eventually stopped after I was back in the states. I never got malaria but my buddy got it and he was taking the same amount I got.
