I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. I started taking Vyvanse when Adderall XR stopped working for me about 2 years ago. At first the side effects were strong ( I started at 50 mg) including social reclusion, irritability, dry mouth, stomach problems, and loss of appetite- the problem was I didn't notice the social side effects- I just wanted to get things done and nothing else mattered. i dont like taking pills, so i dont like the medication. but my doctor tells me to take it and since it works i keep taking it. it helps control my cholesterol and makes me feel better physically.

I loved Mononessa except for having somewhat frequent yeast infections (about 1 every 3 months). Also, sometimes my skin would get extremely sensitive. Like when I went to wax my eyebrows the skin would literally come off and when I brushed my teeth the skin in my mouth would peel off. My skin would only get like that every once in a while and it would stay like that for about a week.

I had one son already and now I'm working and planning to get married so I don't want another child yet. I take Ortho Tri-Cyclen and it prevents me from getting pregnant and unexpected periods. I recommend it but it does give me mood swings!
