I turned 65 this July 28. Five years ago I had, and used weekly, a fitness club membership. I went Kayaking, camping, fishing, walking, played volleyball, and hosted/attended a variety of writing/poetry venues. Not the best, but it's good if you don't want to gain weight. The best way I can explain this drug is that it will do nothing to improve your mood, but you'll have tons of motivation and energy to do the things you don't want to do.

I liked this medication, as long as I took it as indicated. The time when I had the worst experience is when I combined this medication with Lortab. Needless to say, that was stupid, and caused me to kind of freak out.

I was on 125 mg and reduced down to 100 mg over about 4 weeks (yes very slowly) and my jerky limbs side effects have gotten worse. I also find my sleeping patterns are all over the place. But I feel so much better than before that I don't want to stop taking them.
