I took Lupron Depot in 12/09 prior to hysterectomy to shrink a fibroid. Never worked and now I have developed hashimotos and continued breathng problems. I had a complete physical in 5/09 and was in excellent health except for heavy periods due to fibroid. Wish doctor had give me birth control pills instead. Do not take this drug unless you have no other options.

I developed a skin rash that I went to my Dr about they did not think it was from the medication. It was round patches all over my chest and stomach and a couple around my eyes. This drug was horrible for me. I have never felt sicker than when I was on it. The withdrawals were worse than opiate withdrawal. I was totally ill for two weeks-I couldn't stand or sit up without throwing up. I had "brain zaps," couldn't eat or sleep.
