Oracea has worked for me. While not completely gone, my rosacea is markedly improved. However, I have concluded that Oracea is probably also the source of my severe joint pain, muscle soreness and fatigue. I was prescripted this when I got my wisdom teeth removed. It helped A LOT with the pain but while I was taking it I was always tired and couldn't think clearly. Once I went back to school I could only take it at night because I couldn't focus in my classes.

Terrible drug. I threw the last RX away. I felt like I had the flu for 3 months straight. Would not recommend this drug to anyone. I didn't feel that I needed it anyway, my choles was right at 200....my Dr tends to be a Drama Queen, so I switched Doctors to one that isn't so excitable about everything.

My migraines used to be debilitating. Now that I take this drug, I can function again after I take a pill. I do get a little nausea and cold sweats sometimes after I take a pill, but I would take those side effects anyday over a brutal migraine.

So far so good. It is a very easy drug to take. Doesnt cause any nausea/vomiting for me. I like the fact that I have to take it well before eating anything for the day and that I have to take it with a lot of water. This helps me take in a lot of water in the beginning of the day. I dislike that I have to take this for the rest of my life or else my symptoms would come back. But then again, of all drugs, this one is very mild and I have not had any adverse reactions since taking it. So better... View full comment
