I have been on Simcor @1000mg/20mg for 1 year and my test results in the lab are meeting mine and Dr.'s goals set but I emphasize lab reports. I am curious if anyone has had any physical effects such as tingling and numbness of the fingers especially at nightime. I also have a servere pain in the "funny bone" area. My doctor is switching me to Luvox CR to see if it improves my difficulty with short term memory loss. I have also begun to have a terrible time waking up in the morning. In reading about Luvox it seems that it is effective without the memory loss associated with Cymbalta on occasion. As we lowered the dose from 90mg to 60mg there was not a really signifigant increase in short term memory so switching to Luvox CR is our next option. Zoloft has completely changed my life. For the first time I am actually happy and my severe OCD is finally under control! I would recommend it to anyone esp those with OCD. Benzamycin greatly aided in clearing up my acne, but in the long run, it made my skin very dry and irritated. I had to discontinue using it. With a moisturizer, my skin still suffered. Overall, it is effective but I would not recommend it for sensitive skin.

When I got into a car accident as a 78 year old man I felt in alot of pain, and I didnt know how i would get better, the doctor perscribed me this and I felt so happy and so much better. I broke my sternum, and i was in alot of pain, This drug helped me sleep and helped me with all my pain.

Definately helped me to stabilize my moods. When my spouse is gone though I can have bouts of suicidal thoughts, lack of energy. Need a booster with it. Very dysfunctional if a dose is missed in 12 hrs- dizzy, heart palpatations, unbalanced severely. But my life is still better with it
