I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's! Nothing else has changed, no weight gain, no other drugs or medical condition that could explain the sudden rise. Maxalt works great if you take it right when you start feeling a migraine coming! It does make me sleepy and have to urinate a lot but I'd rather that then the migraine. However, since I've been put on Topamax, I'm not sure the Maxalt works right anymore. I've only had to take the Maxalt once since my doctor allowed me to have both again, so it may have just been a rogue migraine. Hopefully with the next one it will work.

I was given the first 2 rounds of injections at the advice of my OB/Gyn after the birth of my son. My health insurance then lapsed, so I had to wait on the third. I am 28 years old, and just had my first abnormal pap ever after having these injections. Upon further testing, I was diagnosed with high risk HPV (not sure of the exact strain).
