I have been on Simcor @1000mg/20mg for 1 year and my test results in the lab are meeting mine and Dr.'s goals set but I emphasize lab reports. i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.
