The cure is FAR worse than the disease. Pylera made me extremely depressed and just feeling bad overall. After I thought I made it through I chilled for a week, broke out with fever blisters and blisters on the tongue and spots on my fingers. Off of it two weeks now and still feel depressed and generally bad. Called the Dr.'s office and a staff said oh it can't be the medication see your regular physician and when I go there they say probably a side effect of the Pylera. SO WHICH IS IT!!... The first 2 months were hell. It felt like every thought had to be pulled through a vat of mollasses to be had. I didn't sleep more than 2 hours in a row, couldn't remember the simplest figures and had to drop 2 classes at school. However, my viral load went undetectable in 30 days and by about the third month things started to get a little better and now I hardly notice the side effects.
