Hi Aunt Fifi -- Can't help you on these capsules, but my friend who has type 2 diabetes went on a raw diet after watching Raw for 30 Days, about regular people who tried a 100% raw diet to beat diabetes, with huge success. Trying to get off Atenolol, only been on 25mg for the past five weeks, but I have felt constantly dizzy, always tired, even feel a little down but this is probably cause I feel so unwell on these horrible tablets, Yes they do slow your heart rate down and they definently lower your blood pressure but side effects are so horrible. Weaning off them right now.
