I have not found this medicine very satisfying and infact with the high-risks attached to it, with all its drawbacks, such as the persistent coughing, weight loss, headaches, joint & muscle pain, I am truly concerned as to what the devil is the "up- side" to this supposed RA disigner drug after all is said & done. When I forget to take it on time, I get little "electric" shocks, I used to get them when I was starting on the medication as well. I don't really feel like it's doing much for me (if anything at all), I have it paired up with mianserin hydrochloride (20 - 30+ mg / day in the evenings depending on how tired I am - how much rest I've been skipping on previous days) which seems great. I was taking agomelatin associated as an alternative to a classical SSRI, to cure deep depression. I only received the first shot as a 20 year old law school student, and 3 weeks later was diagnosed with severe RA. I now give myself injections of Humira every 2 weeks, take fistfuls of pills, struggle to pay medical bills, and am not feeling like a 23 year old should.
