I have had simular issues. I first started taking chantix Oct 29, 2008. I had terrible abdominal pain and severe nausea. So, I convinced myself to continue taking the drug because I thought nausea and abdominal pain was better than continuing to smoke. Boy was I wrong. I quit smoking on Nov 15, 2008 AND quit taking chantix 3 days later. I knew I had to because chantix was making me very ill. I've been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for 7 years. For the past two years I noticed a change where I would have break through bleedings a week before my period. I Switched to YAZ and HATED it. So I am back on Orthro because my body is used to it and my only problem is the break through bleeding. I am trying to find a better Birth Control.
