Ibuprofen relieves my headache and muscle aches, especially after a hard day's work. It usually is fast-acting, and the side effects are minimal. I recommend eating before consuming the medication. I would recommend this medication to anybody. It doesn't thin my blood like aspirin and give me nosebleeds.

Petroleum jelly is a great treatment for dry skin and other skin rashes. It is gentle, inexpensive, and effective. I have never had problems with it. However, more severe skin dryness and rashes may need other treatments.

I take 2g per day for pseudotumor cerebri, so I know that is a lot. Diamox has helped my high pressure headaches and helped keep most of the PTC symptoms at bay, however, it does have some issues of its own. I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.
