In 3 years our son has only had Risperidone. We knew nothing about the illness and unfortunately this med has not helped greatly. I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance.
