Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.

I quit taking Lyrica about a month ago due to continued worsening of my vision. Wt gain was also a big issue as it does nothing for self-esteem.

My daughter, Victoria, has been ill since February 2008. Here is some history. I will be as brief as possible. My daughter had her first Gardasil vaccination November 2007. I have been on lipitor since Dec. 2008 and I was having pain in my legs. I told my Doctor in March 2009 the last time and he reassured me that it was unlikely to be lipitor. I continued to take it until April 26, 2009. Days before the pain had gotten so bad that I couldn't sleep, stand ,walk or sit. When I was still I had a dull throbbing pain in my muscles. Although not strictly a benzodiazepine etizolam shares similar pharmacological properties. My professional opinion is that one should treat it with similar caution, i.e. avoid constant long-term use, use the minimum dose that provides a satisfactory response, either relief from a panic attack, disabling anxiety or the onset of sleep and NEVER exceed the maximum daily dose, 2mg/Day, that appears in the product literature.
