Try adding more purple to your diet!
Purple foods such as concord grapes, blueberries, plums, pomegranates, acai berries, red wine, and even eggplants are very high in antioxidants. Purple foods have been shown to protect your heart and vision, promote mental focus, and increase longevity. Research has indicated that purple foods may even be used to prevent or cure cancer.

This is a good treatment against acnea

As I stated above, Tretinoin is not a prescription that works with my skin and does not make my acne totally disappear. I am really disappointed with this prescription and went I had my return visit, my dermatologist did not want to hear the complaints and just told me to continue using the prescription longer to see what happens? Tretinoin does nothing for my skin, except clear it up and then in a few weeks I'm back where I started. I would not recommend it because I went to another dermatologist a few years ago and it just so happened that doctor gave me a prescription for it, but a different dosage and I recall at that time it did not do anything for me either.
