I have no know side effects, I sleep less (I love to sleep so thats bad for me) meaning usually I sleep during the day endlessly, now the day ends and I didnt remember to sleep. I have been taking Zyflamend for prostate problems when they occur. if I take 2 capsules 2x per day the problems usually clear up with in a weak. If i don't take it, the problems go on without relief.

Over a year ago (9/2008) I fell very badly on concrete, with my left leg bent underneath me.
