My family has a history of osteoporosis and bone loss, so I take extra steps to make sure my bones are taken care of. Calcium works really well, I feel healthy and strong. The only thing I don’t like about calcium is that the one I take are huge and are sometimes hard to swallow. The taste is also very bad, so to mask the taste, I usually take it with orange juice or raspberry tea.

For a drug that can be easily bought in stores, Advil is definitely the best. It has never given me any negative side effects (nothing like nausea, headaches, drowsiness, etc.). It has helped provide relief from pain, stomach cramps, headaches, and sports-related injuries.

Experienced moderate flushing during my first usage but it occured 12 hours after taking the pill. It was a scary experience because I thought any side effects would hit a lot sooner. Flushing occurred about 4 hours after taking a pill the second day; this time I noticed my knees and ankles turning red - flushing was limited to face, neck, arms the first day. After using synthetic l-dopa, I switched to atmagupta. I no longer have insomnia, constipation, nervousness. Once this herb is tested by the FDA it will verify what is already known about it in countries outside the US. Its use will really take off! Atmagupta is a gem of an herb. I highly recommend it.
