I used Celexa for Anxiety. I think that it's use is indirectly used for anxiety and mostly directed to those with deep depression. I feel this is why i mainly felt tranquilized, tired nauseous, and my mind just felt cloudy. Used it for anxiety during school tests and it did not help, just lowered mental functionality and a felt very slow as to recall test material. Advil helps alleviate my menstrual cramps and I feel works best if taken before major cramps set in. I usually take 2 pills when I begin to feel a slight 'tinge' of pain and when taken early enough, I don't experience as intense cramping as usual.

I did feel better in the beginning. There is a noticeable energy lift and feeling of well being. But unfortunatly there is also intense emotions and difficulty breathing, expecially in bed. I don't like the feeling of slight suffocation. It causes me anxiety. For that reason I am seeing my doctor and electing to take the shot instead. Sudafed 12 Hour made me a bit dizzy and drowsy throughout the day. I had to go into work that day and felt to drowsy to do anything. I suggest this medicine to those that expect to stay home for the day. It does affect the mentality, at least it did with me. I had difficulty concentrating on my tasks at work because the medicine actually made me not concentrate, I just felt like going to sleep.
