The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.

This product made me violently ill. My body evacuated everything from both ends and I was so sick I couldn't even move off the bathroom floor. I have had systemic candida for years and am very dissappointed that I cannot take this product.
