Stopped taking it because the excessive weight gain was depressing. Also didn't enjoy being hungry all the time. Did experience mild improvement in depression, but not enough to make me want to keep taking it considering how the weight gain negatively impacted my mood.

I experienced paranoia, horrible panic attacks, a sense of dread and nightmares, Never experienced anything like this. I thought I was losing my mind. This began around the 4th day on the meds and lasted for several months. I was worried I would never be myself again! I don't recommend this to anyone!

I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). Takes 2-4 days before noticing effects, not very effective. Produces slight side effect of minor skin rash and dry skin. Switched to more highly effective ointments. Seems have to apply more than prescribed per day (three times per day) in order to be more effective.
