I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.

I was given darvocet for my back pain and it didnt do much to relieve the pain that I was having. It made me very tired and not very motivated to do anything.

I have been on it for about a year. It is convenient and I can trust its efficacy. However, i've started keeping track of my moods, and I must say that at around the 5th-7th day of a new pack I am extremely irritable. Extremely. I love all of the Excedrin Migraine medicines. So far it is the only thing that works for me. It is unfortunate that the side effects are extremely strong. I don't handle caffeine well at all, so these pills make me very anxious. They keep me up at night, I have alot of energy and once it gave me diarhhea. The most important thing is, it gets rid of the migraine!

Even though i have experienced lots of side effects i could not have continued in the amount of pain i was in before taking them .Im also taking Tramadol and Naproxen which all have some of the same side effects. However, i can function day to day as i have got used to some of the side effects
