I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. I can't take estrogen based pills, so this seemed like a good option. For the most part it's been ok, but I've gained about 10 lbs and haven't been able to make it budge! I work out religiously and eat only around 1200 calories a day, and the weight keeps creeping on! I stopped taking my pills for about a week, and 5 lbs have already melted away!
