I have been on Mirena since November of 2009 and I have never been so disappointed in my life. May have not worked as well because I didn't keep up on taking it. I am also taking zoloft too so results might come from that.

I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.
