Ventolin is very good as it is always helps improve my breathing. It helps me when I am sick as well as during allergy season. Additionally, it is quite effective to use preemptively before athletic activities. Once you are experiencing shortness of breath, it can take awhile to help you and is therefore better to use before. On the down side, it makes your heart beat fast and makes you hyper active or anxious.

Yaz was great for the first three months, then all of a sudden i became a horrible person to everyone around me. I started to have mood swings and severe pain everywhere and the pill actually lowered my potassium level instead of making it higher as advertised. i am finally switching to something else after numerous blood tests trying to find out what was wrong with me. it happens to be that Yaz was making me fall apart. i hate it! Wow, I wish someone would have told me about Zyflamend before now. It is GREAT for my joint pain in my knees and ankles. I have been absolutely amazed by the almost immediate improvment upon taking it. My only complaint is that it doesn't last 24 hours and late in the evenings the joint pain returns. But I certainly look forward to taking it again in the morning before the hustle and bustle of the day.
