While I await my latest PSA results, I need to find out why my back, particularly along the spine, hurts so much, with almost nothing that helps. The pain radiates arbitrarily across my lower back, then up to under one shoulder blade or the other, and sometimes both. For greatest effectiveness, should be prepared as an infusion. The standard preparation is about 4 oz per liter of boiling water infused for at least 4 hours. Lengthy infusion extracts a large amount of the minerals that contribute to a healthy nervous system and bone health (calcium, magnesium, etc) that you don't really get from extracts, capsules etc
