I started this pill two months ago.. I began with having hot flashes at night, constant urge to urinate as well. About three weeks ago I started feeling numbness in my arms, and hands. I started breaking out around the mouth area, headaches, and a lot of bloating..I really began feeling like I was pregnant with bloating, nausea, and tiredness.. Currently waiting on my doctor to call me back to see if I should stop taking it..

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? Weird episodes where I feel furious for no reason...just descends on me like a migraine. My fatigue is better, maybe? At first, Provigil made a big difference, quickly wore down, and the switch to Nuvigil gave me a bit more energy again. It is doing something stimulating, since I've got much more anxiety and those rage attacks, but I don't know if it's really improving my quality of life or ability to function.
