I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute. Prep H does its job of reducing the swelling and pain caused by hemorrhoids very well. Two days after application, the product reduces the size of the hemorrhoid considerably and really eases the pain. However, Prep H does not "cure" hemorrhoids, and I believe it should be used only for pain relief.

This was a very expensive drug that my doctor prescribed, and probably the only one that had absolutely NO effects on me. It neither stopped my migraines, nor helped the ones I already had. I didn't experience any side effects, which is a plus, but it did nothing for the pain.
