My doctor presribed low ogestrel because irregular period that had been on for 5 weeks. I had to take 4 for 4 days 3 for 3 days 2 for 2 days then 1 a day. After the first two days i started having severe anxiety attacks. Then i started having irregular heartbeats, short of breathe, nervousness, migranes and loss of energy. I have stopped taking them and waiting for my follow visit in two day with my doctor. And most of my symptom has ceased.

My doctor tried to raise my dosage as lab results indicated that I am not getting enough, however when she did I began to have dizzy spells, a feeling that I was being choked and a feeling that I was having heart problems. Does not completely relieve my neck and sciatic nerve pain, but I have not taken mobic regularly since starting zyflamend. I teach skiiing and therefore, I am very active. I did not miss any work while taking the zyflamend. The pm helps me sleep, however, I sometimes wake up after 2 hours and have trouble getting back to sleep.
