This medication has been very effective in helping my breathing and also my chest pains. The only thing that I dont like about it is I have to wash my mouth out after I use it.

Thank you, for sharing your story. I'm 48 and my doctor has perscibed me Simvastatin 20mg . I have high colesterol and it runs in my family. I confused and not sure what to do. I have not taken it yet.

(Using this pill for 2 1/2 years) Pros: Yasmin did a good job of preventing pregnancy, it cleared my skin and made my hair shiny. Cons: I've had more breast tenderness while on this pill, especially a week before my period, which I'm sure contributed to my mood swings. In the first year, I had issues with migraines, but that's calmed down during the second year. It also has been difficult to control my weight, which is my biggest issue with it. You should try taking a non-drowsy allergy medication during the day, such as Claritin, Zyrtec or Allegra. Save the Benadryl for the night time, before you got to bed. You could also try a decongestant that contains pseudoephedrine...it works by constricting the inflamed blood vessels in your nasal passages that is causing the congestion. Good luck.

Not sure if Seasonique is the cause but I never had health problems like this until my 4th month on it. I developed a severe case of perioral dermetitus. Doctor has had me on antibiotics now for 2 months for that. Also that 4th month I started spotting daily. I quit Seasonique at the last week of my 6th month on it. Now two months since I quit my face is clear but still sensitive to sun/heat, leads to breakouts and itchng. No irregular bleeding, no spotting since I switched back to my old pil...
