I was diagnosed with myoclonus by a neurologist a year ago, although I had suffered from it a couple of years before hand. An MRI scan and EEG failed to show any abnormalities, however I was diagnosed with epilepsy and perscribed the anti- epileptic drug Levetiractam (Keppra). The Keppra reduced the intensity of my myoclonus but not the fequency so I have been perscribed Clonazepam. I dont even want to be on BC as ive been trying get pregnant for over two years now. I miscarried twins and had constant pain for over a year after so had a laperoscopy. It turns out i had bad endometriosus, amongst other problems. after the surgery the pain continued so the Dr said for me to go on BC for three months to give everything a break then try and get pregnant again. so far ive been emotional and I have the worst constipation!!!!! My 4 month old son has been diagnosed with IS. We have opted to put him on Sabril but would like to hear some testimonials, good or bad, about this treatment. We are going to try it regardless but would like to know what people have experienced so we can prepare for any possible outcome or side effect.
