After about a year of use, I've noticed that my hair loss has pretty much stopped (at forehead). Unfortunately, nothing has really regrown. The crown of my head is fine at this point, but my hairline is the trouble area.

Medrol has been the one prescription that seems to help right away. The up side to this drug is it takes away the pain the inflammation makes and gives me energy. The down side is the potential side effects can be very bad.

This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. This time in addition to the normal dry skin, lips, and increased thirst, I have dry eyes and a dry nose that bleeds frequently if I do not use the nasal gel to moisten it. Hi. I read your review of Opana. You were on 60mg of oxycontin, and changed to 5mg of Opana, then had sweating, loss of appetite, no engery, etc. This is NOT because the opana is problematic. It is because your dr. put you on WAY too low of a dose of opana (oxymorphone). Opana is 5 to 7 times stronger than oxycontin mg per mg. That means he should have put you on at least 10mg of opana.
