I have taken Ibuprofen periodically to help deal with pain, particularly in my lower back due to an injury and an occasionally for headaches. For the most part, it has worked. It has relieved pain to some degree and has made such pain more bearable. I have never experienced any negative side effects while using Ibuprofen, and really have not suffered from any type of side effect while taking this drug.

My daughter was very seriously sickened by this poison and the CDC and the Senators and Congressmen still say they consider the risks/reward ratio. Bull! When 14 children are hurt by cribs they recall all cribs and stop selling them. When the Toyota pedals were "sticking" (so we are told...) and somewhere around 7 people are hurt and they make the big to do, but 59 deaths are reported along with an astronomical amount of damaged girls and they say 'weigh the risks'? I took this medication a while back because I had a very upset stomach and the taste was horrible, I almost threw up and it made my stomach feel worse. So since then I havent taken this medication.

I was considering Accutane for cycstic acne, but thought the blood tests, joint pain and peeling lips side effects were a bit much. This was a last resort recommended by the dermo I was regularly seeing, and I am pleased with it. I've been using it for several years for acne on my face and occasionally on my back as well.
