I have a inherited increase in Lpa, and LDL levels that can cause stenosis. This is the only drug that effectively decreased my levels of Lpa and cholesterol. Used with a small 5 mg dose of lipitor, Cholesterol is 120, HDL is 73, LDL is 35 and Lpa is 37.

I have always been very bad about taking a pill daily (especially at the same time) so my doctor put me on nuvaring. I was very uncomfortable about the idea of putting it in and taking it out at first but it has not been an issue. Once you put it in you rarely ever feel it. It makes birth control less of a constant hassle. I have occasionally gotten yeast infections and discharge is heavier than normal but not an issue really. I just finished my ten day treatment. I am thankful I was able to tolerate the meds with no serious side effects. However, it definitely was not easy!!!! The regimen is very difficult. I hope it eradicated the infection. I feel very weak and naseaus

My daughter is 15 and had her first shot 3 weeks ago and has had sever pain in her right leg.The pain starts at the joints and than shout up and now it is going up her right side lower back. She has had all kinds of test and can not fine any thing but the shot was givin on that side . How long dose the pain last? Know one has said how long the side effacts last and will it keep going up to her arm. Please help.

My father is on Zoladex for prostate cancer. He seems to have developed little obsessive behaviours - like counting cigarettes, the money in his pocket and writing notes. And a slurping sound with his mouth. I also feel he is sinking into a deep depression and wonder if it's the Zoladex. I am taking him to the doc tomorrow.
