Tylenol has helped me with various pains, aches, and headaches. More recently I have grown quite fond of tylenol pm. When i have a cold it helps me sleep through the night and helps alleviate all of my cold symptoms especially runny and conjested noses.

Claritin changed my life. I had terrible "seasonal allergies", and unfortunately, my allergies were problematic spring, summer and winter. I take it along with Actos once a day and glucophage XR and all together they seem to do the job. My blood sugars are never quite as low as the target rates but I actually feel dizzy and crumby when I am within the 70-120 range for my blood sugars. I believe my blood sugar level should actually be slightly higher than the average person because I feel better when they are around 120-160. I know this is not the accepted view but that is how I feel.
