I like the taste of banslochan a lot. I like it because it tastes like a chalk which one tends to have when he/she is suffering from a deficiency of Calcium in his/her body.I am not very sure of ILL effects of consuming Banslochan for a long time. Kindly, guide guide me if, i should stop having it as its being almost 8 years i am regularly consuming it.Suggest if it is anyways harmful to me in near future.

Awful indigestion started after I took second tablet of flucloxacillin. Nothing relieves it, it's constant discomfort, painful when food goes down so I'm not eating much at the moment. I've stopped taking this antibiotic now after I went back to see a different GP and he said I don't need antibiotics, hooray!

Would prefer natural medication but Dr. said Olmetec Plus is good. Ankles painful at tendons on heel and above. Urine is clear white. Kidney function down. He is watching that now.
