I would have thought 3 months is a long enough trial, I don't think therefore that this one is going to work for you... Have you tried anything else? If this is the next in a long list of "things to try" then can I suggest that you go back to your GP and ask for a dermatology referral. I did not want to take it initially because I'm used to over the counter remedies, but at the suggestion of my chiropractor, I decided to take it. I am pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of it. At the same time, I feel a bit relieved that I am not taking too many over the counter anti-inflammatories anymore. I'm not really interested in burning out my liver and/or kidneys!

Zyrtec works best for me out of all of the allergy drugs on the market. The only problem I have is that you need to start taking it weeks before allergy season in order for it to be effective.

I have taken this pill for almost 2 years now and have learned that my body likes steady state pills a lot more than tri cycles. The only side effect I had was a small stomach ache within an hour of taking the pill for the first couple days, and it was barely noticable.

It literally helped me get some work done, but it also made me stress , and have severe mood swings like I was bi-polar. I could never relax, it was the worst 4 years of my life taking this medication
