I am a Dane, 31 years old, female, and been taking Keppra for about 3 months. It is the only antiepileptic drug I have been taking, and I have not been taking it with other kinds of medication. My dosis started with 500mg twice a day, for two days, and then it was lowered (due to vertigo) to 250mg twice a day. paracetamol does not do anything! i can never feel any difference than before taking it, but maybe it does kind of stop my nose running and relieves me from coughing, other than that, i do not take paracetamol for any other reason.
