My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. d oly thing i dont like about it is it can drop ur sugar level in ur blood too low and dat can be dangerous but dat in most cases can only happen if u take it without eating
